LTE at the 10th Long Night of Sciences
The Institute for Electronics Engineering was successfully represented at the 10th Long Night of Sciences on 21.05.2022. During the anniversary night, exciting experiments and current research results were presented to curious and knowledge-enthusiastic people. The LTE was represented with several experimental setups:
- Radar measurement
○ Measuring the speed and distance of a LEGO railroad
○ Contactless recording of the heartbeat and respiration
- Detection of the gait profile by means of piezo elements
- Energy harvesting
The time until midnight was filled with demonstrations, explanations and inspiring conversations.
Many thanks to Fabian Michler, Niharika Gogoi, Jens Kirchner and Thomas Kurin for the preparation and supervision!
